Payment Policy for Wigs in Kenya

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash payments for in-store purchases. Payment details are shared after order confirmation.

Full Payment Requirement

All wigs must be fully paid for before collection or dispatch. Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.

Lipa Mdogo Mdogo Option

We offer a flexible installment option for customers in Kenya. You can reserve a wig and pay gradually until the full amount is cleared. The wig will only be released after full payment is completed.

Pay on Delivery Within Nairobi

For customers within Nairobi, we allow payment on delivery when delivery is handled by our rider. Payment is made upon receiving the wig. This option must be confirmed in advance and is not available for courier deliveries outside Nairobi.

Deposits for Custom Orders

Custom wigs require a deposit before production begins. The balance must be cleared before collection or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once production starts.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale wigs in Kenya, bulk orders require upfront payment or agreed deposit terms. Pricing depends on quantity and product type, and orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Service Payments

• Wig installation services can be paid after the service is completed.
• Wig revamp and repair services must be paid before work begins.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are separate from wig prices and vary depending on location. Customers may arrange their own pickup or request us to organize delivery at an agreed fee.

All payments may be verified before processing. Suspicious transactions may result in order cancellation.
